PARENT INVOLVEMENT
A production of this scope depends on the time and talents of many. In order to ensure the success of the musical, each family is expected to sign up for at least 2 volunteer positions (one pre-production and one production/post-production committee) at the mandatory parent meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 27th, 7-8pm Cafeteria. These committees are listed below (a more detailed description of the committees will be available at the Parent Meeting). We will discuss volunteer options at the Parent Meeting and will create a sign up genius.

Families who do not volunteer will be assigned to committees that are not yet filled. If you are willing to chair any of the committees or if you have questions about them, please contact Dawn Vitale or Kirsten Layer at derbymusical@gmail.com.


Pre-production Committees: Costumes, Set Design/Build, Props, Advertising/Promotions, Programs, Photography, Bio Boards,
T-Shirts, Tech-Week Food



Production and Post Production Committees: Ticket Sales, Lobby Locker Decorations, Cast Party, Concessions, Ushers/Chaperones, Hair/Make-Up, Set Tear Down, Gym Chair Set Up/Tear Down
